New Uncompressed Video Solutions

From Apple's press release, "Pinnacle Systems and Apple announced uncompressed standard-definition (SD) and uncompressed high-definition (HD) video solutions available only on the Macintosh. Pinnacle Systems' TARGA Cine, designed to take advantage of the incredible performance of the Power Mac G4, combined with Apple's Final Cut Pro, delivers maximum-quality video capabilities for high-end media creators. For the first time, a fully configured uncompressed SD system is expected to start at under $10,000." This was also announced at NAB 2000.
