Obtaining Expired Domain Names

Mike Swope tried to get an expired domain name from Network Solutions for several months, calling frequently and getting the run around from customer service reps according to his email to me. They could not even explain a process for him to obtain the domain name. Then, after a week's vacation, he discovered that the domain he had sought for so long had been taken by buydomains.com which sells domain names. Needless to say, he has filed a BBB complaint against Network Solutions.
