Question--Sonnet Tempo Ultra ATA66 Controller

"Regarding your review of the Sonnet Tempo ATA66 PCI card, I was wondering if you noticed any playback trouble with mp3s or QuickTime movies? I've heard this is something which may have happened with this type of setup, but probably the Sonnet card compensates." Good question. I played the huge "Star Wars: Episode 1" trailer via QuickTime and Simon & Garfunkle's "The Boxer" MP3 with SoundJam MP v2.1.2. Both ran perfectly from a Maxtor Diamond Plus 40 GB ATA66 drive via the Tempo on my Power Mac G4/400 Sawtooth. However, the problems may be only with older Macs. I'll check out the 7300 this weekend.--Bill
