Apple Cut Prices on Power Mac G4, 450 Cube and PowerBooks

The rebates expired Monday and The Apple Store has replaced them with permanent price cuts (no need to buy a monitor with the Cube), some being much larger than the rebates:

PowerMac G4 400 -- $1299
PowerMac 450DP -- $1999
PowerMac 500DP -- $2499
PM G4 Cube 450 -- $1499
PowerBook 400 -- $1999
PowerBook 500 -- $2199

In addition, the BTO option is not implemented for the PowerMac G4's or the PowerBooks. This would seem to indicate that new models for them will be coming out soon--MWSF?
