AppleCare KnowledgeBase Enhanced
From Apple's ADC News #281, "AppleCare has launched Knowledge Base 3.0, a major upgrade to its existing database of product information. Among the improvements are:
* An improved default search feature, called Smart Search.
* A new Boolean search option on the Expert Search page, providing the ability to use AND, OR, and NEAR operators, as well as parentheses.
* A Title Search option on the Expert Search page.
* Personal Support Pages with the ability to save up to 100 documents, 20 searches, and other relevant information.
* The ability to set a default search page."
