according to this Nando Times article. Let's watch this closely. DOJ has hired Philip Beck as the lead attorney in the M$ antitrust case. Beck is the Florida lawyer who represented current Pres. Bush in the ballot skirmish with David Boies, the former lead DOJ lawyer, who represented then VP Gore. [Dana Baggett]
