Mac OS X v10.0 Shipping Already?

Dana Baggett's credit card was charged on Saturday, March 17th, for his Mac OS X order. He originally chose the faster 3-day FedEx delivery which was upgraded to overnight Saturday delivery, probably meaning it was set up for delivery on the 24th. However, Apple's posted policy is that it does not charge your credit card until the order actually ships. Does this mean that it is in FedEx's system already?
