On Tuesday, Apple released a very large security update in six different packages for Leopard and Tiger, Intel and PowerPC processors and in Client and Server editions. It is available for download via Software Update or as a stand-alone updater from this Apple Web page.

I downloaded and installed the security update via Software Update on a number of Macs (MacBook Air, Mac Pro(2008), 24" white iMac Core 2 Duo(10.4.11), PowerMac G4 Cube, PowerBook G4) with no problem. After a couple of days use, I've encountered no problems. [Bill Fox]
