Refreshed PowerBook and iBook Lines Coming Tuesday

CNet states that the new 'Books will have faster CPUs, more RAM and larger hard drives which is usually the case for refreshed Macs. Will they get the ATI Mobile Radeon graphics chip? Will prices drop? Will the TiBook get a slot-loading CD-RW/DVD combo drive? Will the TiBook bottom cover and screen hinges be improved? Will the TiBook battery latch be revised? [Updated] New Apple Stores Opening Saturday: As we noted during the week, Apple will open two new stores Saturday, one at Saddle Creek in Germantown, TN, and the other at Crossgates in Albany, NY. Next week Apple is expected to open a store at the Chandler Fashion Center in Chandler, AZ, and another at the Northridge Fashion Center in Northridge, CA.
