Remember those words oft-repeated by Steve Jobs and other Apple executives just a few years ago? Well, Microsoft forced it with a threat to not update Microsoft Office for the Mac. According to this Yahoo News article, Bill Gates believes that the Justice Department settlement might allow him to do it again today.
