From the Dark Side--M$ Hires EU Information Commission Official

who was given confidential evidence and material by Microsoft's competitors in EU's anti-competition inquiry according to this Seattle Post Intelligencer article. In what appears to be a MONSTER conflict of interest, the EU official is taking a 3-year leave of absence to work for M$. It seems that M$ may not have learned a thing from its legal troubles except possibly that crime and a lack of ethical behavior pays off big time. [Dana Baggett]
