QPict 5.2b3 is Out

From Rune Lindman, "There was a problem found with QPict 5.2b2. It wouldn't launch on Mac OS X 10.0 - 10.1. This has now been corrected and a new version (b3) has been uploaded. This version should work correctly on Mac 0S 9 - Mac OS X 10.2. Here is a link to the updated version. Sorry for the inconvenience!"
