Maybe, according to this AP article on Yahoo News. The program may include signing an agreement to delete any illegal music from one's computer and to not engage in illegal music swapping again. It is not expected that the 1,600 file swappers who have been specific targets of subpoenas will be offered the amnesty program. [Dana Baggett]
