While the Keyspan Presentation Remote does not need software, Keyspan announced that it has developed software that allows a user to personalize the functions of its award winning Keyspan Presentation Remote. The new software layer allows users to customize the remote by redefining the actions of the buttons on the device. This allows users to tailor the manner in which the remote interacts with PowerPoint and Keynote. The software may also be used to modify the remote so that it is capable of controlling additional applications. We favorably reviewed Keyspan's Presentation Remote and use it frequently.
