No-Spam Lists are No Good
according to this Boston.Com article. We agree. They are more likely to make the problem worse in our view. Even no-call telephone lists are likely to backfire because the caller can still easly conceal their identity with impunity. Both the telephone system and internet need a more rapid and error-free means for the receiver to authenticate callers or mailers. [Dana Baggett]
