Another Study says Apple Leads PC Market in Consumer Satisfaction

according to this Infoworld article. The American Customer Satisfaction Index records the views of consumers on a scale from zero to 100. The article states, in part,

"With a score of 81, Apple's customers are the most satisfied of any other PC vendor measured in this index. Apple's success comes from a focus on innovation and improving tech support...."

We previously noted that Consumer Reports also rated Apple the highest among PC manufacturers.
