Apple Web Site Won Top Ten Award from Support Professionals

The Association of Support Professionals announced the winners of its seventh annual "Ten Best Web Support Sites" competition, showcasing excellence in online service and support. Apple was included in the 2004 list of winners, chosen by evaluating overall usability, design and navigation; knowledge base and search implementation; interactive features; and personalization according to the ASP web site.
