Judge in Apple-Beatles Case Owns an iPod

according to this London Daily Telegraph article. Apparently, that won't disqualify him as a conflict of interest. The judge is to decide if the case will be held in the UK or in the US as requested by Apple Computer. The Beatles' company, Apple Corps, has sued Apple Computer over an alleged violation of their 1991 agreement intended, claims Apple Corps, to keep Apple Computer out of the music business. The suit was filed when Apple Computer opened the iTunes Music Store. [Dana Baggett]
