Microsoft Office for Mac 2004 is Out

and a 30-day test drive (demo) is available for download. Here are the highlights listed by Microsoft:

• Project Center--Quickly view all contacts, documents, messages and notes related to a project in one convenient place that can be accessed from Entourage, Word, Excel or PowerPoint 2004.
• Note taking in Word 2004--The notebook layout view in Word 2004 includes tabs, and the ability to flag entries and record sound right into the document while you type.
  
• PowerPoint 2004 Presenter Tools--Keep your presentations perfectly timed and flowing smoothly with the new on-screen clock, thumbnail slide view and presenter note pane capabilities in PowerPoint 2004.

We have downloaded and tried it. But we really wonder if it is worth the relatively high price to upgrade from Office v.X. Let us know what you think.
