New Federal Antispam Law Not Working--Surprise, Surprise
It should come as no surprise to anyone that the new federal antispam law has had little or no effect according to this Yahoo News article. Our spam, including prohibited pornographic spam, has actually increased since the law took effect in early January. But the federal law is not just benign, it overturned the potentially far more effective laws of several states, including those of Virginia and California. [Dana Baggett]
