Even before Microsoft Associate General Counsel Richard Wallis takes over, the American Bar Association panel is planning to oppose more aggressive antitrust settlement oversight. That's obviously not going to turn around when he assumes the chair of the panel. It appears that there are no ABA canons of ethics against gross conflicts of interest. [Dana Baggett]
