Getting Serious--Three Years in the Pokey for Illegal File Sharing of a Single Pre-release Copy

Congress just passed legislation to tighten up the digital copyright law. With it, one can get up to three years in the slammer for having just one copy in a shared folder of a pirated piece of pre-release software, movie or music file.
