Hands-On Review Classic--MacDrive 98 v2.0.2

If one uses Apple's Boot Camp to create a partition on an Intel-based Mac and loads Windows XP on it, one can mount the Mac partition while using Windows and read and write to it with a Windows utility called MacDrive by Mediafour. MacDrive has bee around for some time. In 1998 we reviewed MacDrive 98 v2.0.2. Back then, it was a great utility to carry around to use meetings so that people could read from and write to one's Mac floppy drives on their Wintel laptops and desktops. Here is our original highly favorable review. Today, the latest version is MacDrive 6 and it is still doing the same excellent job. [Bill Fox]
