~30 Sec Startup Delay (mainly 6400's and PowerBases)

MacFixIt 10/31 posted another reader-suggested workaround to eliminate the delay, i.e. startup while holding down either the "c" key or the "command-option-shift-delete" keys. Ted Landau got some reader feedback that it didn't work. Unfortunately, neither worked on my PowerBase 180. This weekend, I intend to try the new motherboard battery suggestion that Ted also posted.
