US West is going forward with commercial implementation at rates of 192 - 704Kbps for $60/month in western cities while other Bell telcos are testing it out as I mentioned last week in my note on BellAtlantic's ADSL experiment (1,500Kbps download and 64Kbps upload for $30/month).
