Apple BTO Non-Options?

From Eugene Chan, "I checked the BTO options yesterday at the Apple Store and was able to configure a base Sawtooth (not Yikes!) 450 MHz G4 at $2106 with educational pricing. Today, I go back to place a real order and lo and behold, I cannot choose to remove the standard Zip drive! The new base configuration is $2255!!! How can anybody charge $149 for an internal Zip drive?" [I checked the regular pricing at The Apple Store and, indeed, the zip can no longer be deleted as a $100 option on any of the high-end "sawtooth" models. That's a bummer since I already have a USB Zip drive.--Bill]
