Fix for QuickTime 5 Preview Release Problems

first noted on Macs Only! With a little testing yesterday we confirmed that the error messages and extension conflicts are due to the QuickTime Extensions Folder in the Extensions Folder that is not removed or overwritten when QT5PR is installed. Delete it and the messages and problems go away. It is best to remove the folder before using the QuickTime 5 PR installer which does not reinstall it. The only question is whether some of the folder's components are really needed or not. QT5PR seems to work fine in the view mode, including Cubic VR, without them. One does not have to go through all the Install-Uninstall-Custom Install gyrations recommended elsewhere. In addition, there are at least eight updated extensions, not seven as we stated. The additional updated extension is Sound Manager. If one didn't have QuickDraw 1.6 installed, an additional five QuickDraw extensions are also installed. [Dana Baggett].
