From Mike Radowski, "I had that very issue it iTunes not working on my G4 and just happened to get my New UMAX 6450 Firewire scanner yesterday. I was using a UMAX 2200 USB in the past with UMAX software V3.5.2. Could not for the life of me get iTunes to work. I installed the new UMAX software V3.7.2 that came with the new Scanner and low and behold, the iTunes software now works just fine. You might want to pass this info on." Thanks, Mike.
