From the Dark Side--M$ Appealed to Supreme Court

yesterday in DOJ vs Microsoft, arguing against an expedited appeal directly to the Supreme Court according to the Washington Post. M$ argued that the case is not ripe and too burdensome for the Supreme Court at this stage, i.e. there are too many issues to sort through and not just one as is more usual for the Supreme Court. Looks like a lot of smoke to me. The Supreme Court should easily see through M$'s BS. Here's CNN On Line's take. [Dana Baggett]
