Micromat Praise

Each time, their tech support has been more than good, it has been stellar. When I received an early TT Pro 3.01 CD and upgraded the installed 2.5.x version, it regularly crashed my Mac very badly. In just a few short days, Micromat had me send in an Apple System Profiler report and soon after, they created and emailed me a new version of the "Protection Extension" that fixed my problems for good."
