compatible with Mac OS 9 is still under active development according to Newer's Eric Dahlinger. "The software team is still working on this problem. Many customers want this capability and we are working to make sure that it happens. We had made decisions a while back concerning G3 and G4 upgrade development work and this project is obviously taking longer than planned."
