From the Dark Side--M$ Antitrust Penalty Settlement, The Other Shoe Drops Today

The remaining 18 States that joined the Justice Department in prosecuting Microsoft for illegal monopolistic behavior will announce today whether or not they will sign on to the very weak settlement reached by M$ and DOJ. Massachusetts has already stated that a core of States will object to the settlement and push for a more appropriate penalty according to this Reuters article carried on CNet.
