Apple Sued By G3 Owners

in a class action suit alleging a violation of California consumer law according to MacCentral. The suit complains about the lack of early ATI graphics card drivers and the lack of DVD hardware drivers in Mac OS X for G3 computers that Apple has claimed that Mac OS X would be fully optimized for. The class action suit only applies in California.
