according to this Excite News article. Microsoft had filed to keep the depositions in track B of the antitrust trial closed. Track B is considering stiffer penalties than the Justice Department and nine states settled for. But U.S. District Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly ruled that they could be open to the media except for parts that would reveal confidential information. This should make for some great reading.
