From the Dark Side--M$ Antitrust Trial Depositions Opened to Media

according to this Excite News article. Microsoft had filed to keep the depositions in track B of the antitrust trial closed. Track B is considering stiffer penalties than the Justice Department and nine states settled for. But U.S. District Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly ruled that they could be open to the media except for parts that would reveal confidential information. This should make for some great reading. Yesterday, we had conflicting reports on the judge's ruling. [Dana Baggett]
