SimpleFTP v1.0.3 is Out
SimpleFTP features include:
- Aqua compliant interface.
- Multi-threaded -- you can have unlimited number of simultaneous connections to different servers.
- File transfer resume of uploads and downloads (if supported by the server).
- Seamless multi file and folder transfers, and deletion.
- Bookmarks for easy access to commonly used servers.
- Drag & Drop support. Transferring files is as easy as dragging a file or folder!
- Supports the most popular UNIX, Microsoft Windows, IBM OS/2 and Apple Macintosh FTP servers.
- Supports long file names (Mac OS X limit of 256 characters) and Unicode support.
What was new in 1.03:
- Fixed a bug that would make SimpleFTP try to create an existing folder when Overwrite All was selected.
- Fixed 'Total Bytes' status display.
- Fixed Action Menu being active in the middle of an operation.
- Fixed a memory leak during directory listing.
- Fixed directory listings not showing up when connected to a NT-type server configured to send unix-style directory lists.
- Fixed a bug that caused SimpleFTP to fail sending over 240 or so files, claiming that too many files were open.
- Added support for logging-in without a password. Some non standard compliant servers allow this.
- Fixed a bug when replacing existing bookmarks with changed information.
We recommend this $15 shareware product. It is very easy to use and as fast as claimed. We bought it.
