The Pile Gets Higher--M$/Justice Department to be Sued
today by the American Antitrust Institute for failure to disclose all the details of all contacts leading up to their settlement of the Microsoft antitrust case according to this Yahoo News article. Such disclosure is required by the Tunney Act for all Sherman Antitrust Act settlements. The AAI will ask the judge to delay considering the settlement until the disclosure they are requesting occurs. [Dana Baggett]
