From the Dark Side--Eolas Internet Patent to be Re-Examined
according to this AP article. The US Patent and Trademark Office issued a patent to Eolas Technologies for techology used in Internet Explorer and other web browsers to show banner ads, etc. Eolas has won an initial $520 million judgement against M$. We hope the incredibly vague patent issued to E-Data is also reviewed. [Dana Baggett]
