according to this InfoWorld article. [Lee Spencer] Apparently, M$ will claim that it takes the open source Linux statistically longer on average to issue a security patch. Even if that is true, and that is not certain given how easy it is to "lie" with statistics, so what? The number of security issues and their severity are far more relevant criteria.
