From the Dark Side--M$ Antitrust Trial Continues

according to this CNet article. The U.S. DC Court of Appeals will hear the appeal of two industry associations, Computer & Communications Industry Association and the Software and Information Industry Association. They seek to overturn or modify the settlement reached with the US Government that not only does not even slap Microsoft's hands but fails to deal with its tying of technology to its monopoly operating system in a generic manner. The Court previously agreed to hear the appeal of West Virginia and Massacheusetts. The court will hear both appeals en banc, i.e. in total and not as a 3-judge panel.
