Judge Orders M$ to Ship Sun's Java with Windows within 120 Days
according to this Reuters article. Previously, U.S. District Judge Motz of Baltimore had issued a preliminary injunction forcing Microsoft to begin shipping Sun's version of Java with Windows while he heard the lawsuit filed by Sun. Sun has sued M$ for alleged damages incurred by M$'s illegal monopolistic behavior. [Dana Baggett]
