according to this CNet article. Yesterday Microsoft re-released its Windows XP Service pack 1 as 1a without its proprietary "Java". However, late yesterday M$ won a stay of U. S. Baltimore District Judge Motz's order to include Sun Java with Windows XP today in the 4th District court of Appeals. [Dana Baggett]
