As expected, Microsoft appealed Baltimore U.S. District Judge Motz's preliminary injunction requiring M$ to bundle Sun's Java with Windows and to do so within 120 days according to this Reuters article carried on Yahoo News. M$ delivered its appeal to the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals in Richmond, VA.
