"Troubleshooting Mac® OS X" is Out

Gregory Swain has just published Troubleshooting Mac® OS X, a new e-book wholly dedicated to preventing or resolving common problems with Mac OS X. Troubleshooting Mac® OS X is the result of Gregory's work as "Dr. Smoke" -- a Helper on the Apple Discussions, primarily the "Using Mac OS X discussion." During his work as a Helper, Gregory compiled a personal database of answers he developed in response to questions posted on the Discussions. He has distilled the over 800 items in this database into the 300 pages of Troubleshooting Mac® OS X. Detailed information about the book can be found here.

Troubleshooting Mac® OS X is distributed exclusively in Adobe PDF format, making it easy for the reader to quickly find the solution to any of the numerous Mac OS X problems addressed in the book. The book is extensively hyperlinked and cross-referenced, both within the book itself and to some of the best Mac OS X troubleshooting information on the Internet. Virtually all of the FAQs available on his site, The X Lab, are directly from the book, giving you the opportunity to sample a small portion of this treasure-trove of Mac OS X troubleshooting advice and information.
