Apple Job Cuts Total Nearly 350 in Last Half of Fiscal Year

according to this CNet news article. Another 148 jobs wll be cut in its sales and marketing operations in the fourth quarter ending this September. This cut is in addition to the 200 jobs cut last quarter. Savings of $6 million per quarter are expected after one-time charges of nearly $20 million in the two quarters. [Dana Baggett]
