DSL Gains Slightly on Cable Internet Despite Fastest DSL Growth Ever Last Quarter
according to this ZDNet article. DSL added 1.17 million subscribers in the U.S., slightly more than cable. The total number of broadband subscribers is about 27 million. After using both for over a year each, one of us likes cable and the other DSL. We found cable to be more reliable and much faster in two major markets (Metro DC and San Diego).
