Free iTunes Music Store Song of the Week is "U Lied" by Crea

The free song per day promotion of the iTunes Music Store and iTunes 4.5 ended Wednesday but iTMS is now offering a free song every week. Crea's "U Lied" is an iTunes staff favorite and the very first iTMS Song of the Week. iTMS says:
