U.S. Judge Provides RIAA a Roadmap for Discovering Identity of Suspected Pirates

U.S. District Judge Dennis Chin ruled that the RIAA and others seeking to use the Digital Millenium Copyright Act to prosecute those who violate copyrights with peer-to-peer networks or other means may obtain the identity of suspected pirates if they prove that they have a good case according to this ZDNet article.
