Apple released ATI Radeon HD 2600 XT Firmware Update

If you have a Mac Pro with one or more of the stock ATI Radeon HD 2600 XT graphics cards installed, this update is for you. It is available via Software Update or as a stand-alone updater from this Apple Web page. According to Apple,

It updates the ATI Radeon HD 2600 XT graphics card firmware on all of the ATI Radeon HD 2600 XT graphics cards in the Mac Pro to improve system stability.

I ordered my Mac Pro with the Nvidia GeForce 8800 GT graphics card upgrade so I can't test this firmware update. [Bill Fox]
