PowerJOLT Utility Problem

Mactell announced that its PowerJOLT G3 CPU card cache driver is compatible with Mac OS 8.6 and it is with my computers. However, Alan Wood reported that "Regardless whether they say it is compliant with 8.6 or not, my Power Jolt Extension refuses to load at start up. It shows several question marks and then loads the other extensions without enabling the cache." I have asked for more details on Alan's configuration.
