Free Keynote 2 Dictionaries

From David Niemeijer, "In response to user requests we have prepared a number of FREE dictionaries for use with KeyStrokes 2, on-screen keyboard software for the Apple Macintosh. At present these are US and UK English, French and German. More free dictionaries will be made available as they are completed (including Italian, Spanish, and Dutch). Detailed explanations on how to make your own dictionaries are also included. At the same time we have released KeyStrokes 2.0.2, which has these dictionaries pre-installed and also fixes a few minor issues.
